Many products include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use in the United States.
This warranty does not cover wear, scratches, discoloration, rust from standing water, commercial kitchens, misuse, or failure to follow care notes. It is the exclusive warranty we offer, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties — in those states, extra rights may apply.
To claim: email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a short description. We may ask you to return the part at our instruction. Approved claims are repaired, replaced, or refunded at our choice.
