We ship kitchen goods with care. Dates on a product page are honest estimates for the United States — they are not a guaranteed arrival clock.

United States (default)

Checkout defaults to the United States. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying US orders over US$80.00 USD before tax, unless a product is marked otherwise. After we hand the parcel to the carrier, transit is in the carrier’s control (weather, peak season, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts).

Outside the United States

If you select any country other than the United States, delivery may take 10 to 15 additional days beyond the estimate shown on the product page. That extra time covers export handling, customs, and international linehaul. It is an estimate, not a promise.

You are responsible for duties, VAT, GST, brokerage, and any customs forms for your country. Refusing a parcel at customs does not cancel those charges and is not a free return. We do not control border agencies or foreign postal services.

Canada and other destinations

We may ship to Canada and other countries when checkout allows it. Address format, postal codes, and phone numbers must be complete. Incomplete international addresses delay parcels. We are not liable for a parcel released to the address you typed.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier first scans the outbound parcel. If tracking shows delivered, contact the carrier and then [email protected] with photos of the delivery location. We investigate; we do not automatically reship for “not received” when the carrier confirms delivery.

Force majeure

Strikes, weather, wars, pandemics, customs holds, and carrier outages can add time. Those delays are not a defect and not a reason to reverse a payment without first contacting us.
