These Terms govern KitchAndHaven.com and every order placed with Kitch & Haven. Completing checkout — including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, cards, or pay-later — is your offer to buy and your agreement to these Terms, the Shipping policy, the Returns policy, and the Privacy policy.

The store

Kitch & Haven sells cookware and kitchen goods for household use. An order is an offer. We may decline, delay, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock, export limits, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel after a charge, we refund the original payment method.

Payments and gateways

Payment is processed by independent providers (including, as enabled: Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and card networks). You authorize us and those providers to charge the selected method for the order total, taxes, shipping, and any duties we collect. A hold or authorization may appear before capture. Failed, blocked, or 3-D Secure challenges mean the order is not complete.

We do not store full primary account numbers. Wallet and pay-later products are contracts between you and that provider. If Afterpay or a similar service is offered, missed installments are handled by that provider, not by a Kitch & Haven store credit.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may request extra verification. Chargebacks filed for change of mind, “item not as described” without photos, or after carrier delivery to your address, may be contested with our records (checkout agreement, tracking, photos, and these Terms).

Pricing and tax

Prices display in USD unless you switch to CAD. Tax is calculated from the shipping address when tax is configured. International orders may owe extra import tax at the border even if checkout showed no US sales tax.

Shipping estimates

Checkout defaults to the United States. Product-page delivery windows are estimates for US addresses. Selecting any other country means delivery may take 10 to 15 additional days. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See Shipping Information.

Risk of loss

Risk passes on the first carrier scan. You must provide a complete, deliverable address and a reachable phone number for the carrier.

Returns

Returns follow the Returns & Exchanges policy. Household products are unused, original packaging, photo evidence. Buyer’s remorse is not a ground for a refund or a payment dispute.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitch & Haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

We are not liable for customs delays, duties you owe, carrier loss after a delivered scan, or time added for international shipping as described above.

Acceptable use

You will not abuse checkout, payment credentials, or chargebacks; scrape the site; or use products in a way that violates law. We may refuse future orders.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law of your US state applies and cannot be waived. Unresolved disputes that are not required to stay in small-claims court may be brought in state or federal courts in the United States.
