When your order ships, the carrier tracking link is emailed to the address used at checkout. You can also open My Account → Orders.

International parcels can sit in customs without a scan for several days. That pause is often part of the extra 10 to 15 days described at checkout. If tracking has not moved for an unusually long time after that window, email [email protected] with the tracking number.
